Yes To Democracy !

Sometimes I have difficulties falling asleep I can’t seem to shut the mind off!

Last night, I had difficulty falling asleep, so I was tuned into quite a bit of election coverage while attempting to pass out. I know, I know… bad idea! How are you supposed to fall asleep while watching election coverage!

while I was in bed I just realized what had happened And I’m well aware that Kuwaiti voters scored a historic breakthrough by electing the first women MPs. I know that represents the change the Kuwaiti needs, In particular she become a strong competitor not because she is a woman; because she possessed talent and efficiency to enter the parliament and this is a major leap forward.

On a closing note, I just wanted to express my thoughts that came to my mind..

Dr. Masooma, Dr.Salwa, Dr. Aseel, Dr. Rola ..  الحلو ما يكملش يا ذكرى

يوشك الإرتباط الخرافي الخرافي بالكرسي ان يصبح أحد معالم  الكويت بعد الابراج اذا مو قبلها بعد

Celebrating my 1st blog birthday !

Yesterday was windowless birthday!

I have been doing this (blogging thing) for just on a year now, so happy birthday to my blog!

In the past year I’ve made 43 posts, covering 18 categories and have had around about 2,091 hits!

A couple of thanks – to the people that read my blog, and secondly to the wider blogging community. The reason I started this blog thinking that I would try to share a little knowledge back to the community that I got so much from.  So I like to think that I have done that pretty well in the last year, and since I get such a buzz, I’m looking forward to plenty more of it! ;p

لكل منا شمس خاصة به تشرق بما نملك من جميل الحروف، ناشرة حقيقة الكلمات على نور الحرية و العقل، فإن غابت ينمحي الابداع، و نعلن عن انتهاء يوم جميل، و نعيش على أمل أن تشرق شمسنا من جديد

و كل منا ايضا يملك منظومته الخاصة، عاداته، شخصيته، قيمه، ايجابياته و سلبياته التي رسمت مسار حياتنا في مرحلة ما .. ولكن لما نتوق لشيء آخر؟

إذا كان التغيير للافضل تصبح حياتنا اسهل و بإيقاع حيوي مطلق، لا نتأثر كثيرا بالتفاصيل التي تطرأ علينا لأننا بالنهاية وصلنا لرضا في عيش حياة نرغب في أن نعيشها

نتسارع بقلوب ايجابية اكثر لننقل كل ما نملكه من طاقة، فتكسي النفس بروح الإنسانية، لنضحك بتلقائية اكثر و نبكي بدون صعوبة

لنصل بإختصار الى شيء من .. الطمأنينة

For some reason after hearing that I came up for an idea to write about ..

Despite this rather obvious wisdom, still there are others who seem to just can’t understand what the word respect means, particularly, respect on individual opinions and beliefs. Respecting other people’s opinion does mean that you have to be amenable to everything that they say. We value other people’s opinion because we believe that what they say may influence the birth of a new knowledge, a new perspective, a new intellectual paradigm. But bashing other people just because their opinions differ from you is an outright display of selfishness and immaturity. There is just an absolutely slight tolerance to differences on virtually about anything. Let’s face it, the world was not created to just a single creature. It’s ours and we were created differently. Otherwise, you may live in an environment where everybody laughs at the same time!
